Trained MD in Internal Medicine from VMMC, Solapur. He Accomplished his DM in Endocrinology from the pioneer institute for endocrinology in the country-PGIMER, Chandigarh.

He has not only presented research papers at various conferences but has also published in national and international journals. He has keen interest in academics and clinical research. He was awarded the 'Jai Mehta Award' in community medicine at Pune. His book 'Clinical Rounds' in Endocrinology' is in the process of internation publication. He is also a contributing author to Endocrine Society of India - Clinical Manual.
